The apartment was completely renovated in terms of finishes and furniture at the beginning of 2024. The entrance opens onto a living room with kitchenette of approximately 35 square meters used as a common area and from which a wooden staircase leading to the attic floor is clearly visible. From the same living room you enter the corridor, visible in the photos, which gives access to three bedrooms.
Of these three bedrooms, all having access to the perimeter balcony, one has a private internal bathroom while the other two share an external bathroom located at the end of the corridor.
The attic floor, without access to the balcony, but with large ribbon windows, hosts the largest room of approximately 25 square meters.
The use of the kitchen is strictly prohibited for customers who rent individual rooms and is allowed only in case of exclusive rental of the entire apartment to a single group.
