Bright apartment at the last floor of a bulding with a large central space to be used as common space and surrounded by a perimeter balcony with South-East exposure, therefore very sunny. The apartment has four large double bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and access to the perimeter balcony. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom but does not have access to the balcony.
One bedroom, the brightest, has an exclusive external bathroom and access to the perimeter balcony.
The use of the kitchen is not permitted to customers who rent individual rooms, while it is allowed in case of exclusive rental of the entire apartment for a single group of clients.
For Bed And Breakfast customers, breakfast can be consumed in the best bars and pastry shops in the area, upon presentation of a special voucher provided by us.

Excellent structure a few steps from Tiburtina Station and area well served by Shops, Market, bus and what is necessary for a nice stay in the fantastic Rome. Clean room with all comforts. Highly recommended

I stayed at this establishment with my girlfriend and I must say that we had a great time. Structure really nice and well connected with all means of transport that take you to Rome centre. Owner nice and very friendly. A structure that deserves, among the best in Rome.

1. The location: in just 10 minutes you can reach Tiburtina station and you can get anywhere, with the metro every 5 minutes. 2. The cleanliness and comfort of the breakfast, offered at a bar not far from the house. 3. The helpfulness of the host, his correctness and affable manners. 4. The quietness of the neighbourhood and the flat itself.

Very friendly manager and willing to accommodate our every request. Spacious room, essential but with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for our needs, on Via Tiburtina a few hundred meters from the station. Bus 100 m from the hotel.

I stayed five nights at the establishment. I was largely satisfied, firstly with the cleanliness. Never seen a place with such a level of hygiene and care in the cleaning service. Owner friendly and always helpful. Breakfast in agreement at a neighbouring bar of an excellent standard. I will definitely return with my family.
